Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy suresh is an Indian actor, born on October 17, 1992. Her movies are mostly in Tamil or Telugu however she has a role in some Malayalam ones. The actress was awarded the National Film Award's Best Actress award for portraying Savitri as the lead character in the Telugu Film Mahanati (2018). Additionally, she was awarded three SIIMA Awards as well as an Filmfare Award South. Keerthy is the child of producer G. Suresh Kumar and actor Menaka G. Suresh. Her acting journey began in the mid 2000s. Her debut lead role came in 2013's Malayalam movie Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy made her debut on Tamil projects in the year 2015, and started accepting projects from Malayalam. Even though the film was not a success in the theaters, her debut film was A. L. Vijay's romantic comedy Idhu Enna Maayam (2005), which she starred in with Vikramprabhu. It was necessary to withdraw of a number of films she was making in 2015 such as Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and Deekay's Kavalai Vedam to make room for larger projects. Then, she worked in Rajini Murugan's Remo and Remo in two film. In addition, Dhanush and she played as the main characters on Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. In 2015, the film was later delayed and reports suggest that Janakitho Nenu will debut in September 2020. The film's premiere was in the film Nenu Sailaja which starred actress Ram Pothineni.
