Born on 25 November 1968, Jillian Shennessy was a active Canadian actor and a singer who is renowned for her notable contribution to American television. Her most well-known work is her amazing performance on the American TV shows like Law & Order (where she impressed viewers over three seasons in the role of prosecutor Claire Kincaid) and Crossing Jordan (where she played the lead character Jordan Cavanaugh). Hennessy was also able to showcase her talent in movies like RoboCop 3 Most Wanted, Chutney Popcorn, and The Acting Class. In addition, she produced and wrote these movies. Hennessy kickstarted her acting career alongside her sister in 1988 as two call-girls in Dead Ringers. She had a brief stint on Broadway for the Broadway musical Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story in 1990 before moving into the sci-fi world in 1993 as the role of Dr. Marie Lazarus in RoboCop 3. Following that the biggest breakthrough came when she joined NBC's hit show Law & Order to play District Attorney Assistant Claire Kincaid. Parker received her 2001 Tony Award as Best Actress at the Broadway show Proof.
